The closed alpha
Idle Guilds is in active development. Features change, break, and disappear. Occasional progress resets are possible as systems change; if a wipe is coming, we warn the community on Discord first. Access to the closed alpha may be limited, paused, or ended at any time.
Server authority and fair play
The game server is the sole authority over game state. We may correct or roll back any state affected by bugs, exploits, or cheating. Cheating, botting, automation of play, or abuse of other players can lead to enforcement up to account termination — the same server-authoritative, no-pay-to-win rules the game is built on.
Virtual items
Gold, items, and all other in-game things have no real-world monetary value, are not your property, and may not be bought, sold, or transferred outside the game.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Erasure of your account and data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The closed alpha is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
Idle Guilds is operated from the Netherlands, and these terms are governed by Dutch law. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
